Rosati Family Winery

2013

Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTES

The wine reflects the tiny grapes of the vintage (25% smaller than usual) in its intense flavor and concentrated power. It shows a deep, dark red color that remains vibrant and youthful despite the wine’s age. Aromas of dark plums, intense chocolate, and licorice wind tightly together with hints of slate and minerals. The compact aromas and powerful black fruit flavors combine with fine-grained tannins; together, they command attention and give intensity and length on the palate. Enjoy now through 2035.
