2007

Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTES

The color is a youthful, deep, dark red with superb clarity. The wine shows blackberry and red berry notes in its aromas with toasted oak, dried herbs, and coffee in the background. The wine has full, intense fruit flavors in the mouth and a smooth, medium body with firm structure, good balance, and elegance. This would be a wine to cellar; it will continue to come into its own for many years. Serve with Helena’s Chocolate Torte.
